Description

You will build and maintain backend services, APIs, and database schemas for web and mobile applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for front-end and mobile clients.
• Design and manage Aurora DB, including data modeling and table creation.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.
• Manage version control with Git, adhering to commit best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to team members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Python.
• Intermediate experience developing REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of Git and code commit practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of Aurora DB data modeling.
• Basic competency with Codebashing Learning Panel for secure coding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building secure serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
• Familiarity with Log Management using Cloudwatch.
• Knowledge of SQLAlchemy for Pythonic SQL database access.
