Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, modular, and reusable Python-based test automation frameworks.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Playwright.
• Develop framework core components and continuously enhance framework architecture.
• Integrate automated testing frameworks with backend web services and internal systems.
• Support end-to-end software validation through robust automation strategies.
• Integrate automation solutions into CI workflows using GitLab, Jenkins, and TeamCity.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize execution across different environments.
• Maintain framework documentation, technical designs, and usage guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to promote automation best practices and standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve framework reliability and scalability.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in Test Automation and Framework Development.
• Minimum 6 years of strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
• Strong experience building scalable and modular test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright automation tools.
• Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and system validation approaches.
• Experience working with Linux environments and backend service integrations.
• Exposure to communication protocols, fieldbus testing, and system testing is preferred.

Education: Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation
