Description

You will lead the migration of spatial data management layers from Java to Python, owning the design, development, and maintenance of the new systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications.
• Reference and analyze existing Java codebases to facilitate accurate logic conversion.
• Manage and manipulate spatial data management layers.
• Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Python, including proficiency in Python 3.x.
• Strong core Java and J2EE fundamentals for code conversion.
• Advanced Oracle database and SQL skills.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Proficiency with IDEs such as PyCharm.
