Description

You will design and implement backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and microservices architecture. You own the release pipeline, refactoring existing code for maintainability and scalability while ensuring quality through automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Refactor existing code to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Manage deployment and environment workflows using Linux and Docker.
• Utilize CI/CD tools to support the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Python programming and backend frameworks including Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Strong proficiency with NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation.
• Extensive experience with Relational Databases and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks including Pytest, Unittest, Monkey patch, and pytest-mockito.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Docker environments.
• Proficiency with Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Gradle, Conda, and pip.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Git for project management and version control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
