Description

You will design, build, and deploy Python applications and ETL pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance Python applications using clean, idiomatic, and object-oriented principles.
• Develop and orchestrate data pipelines using Airflow.
• Build and maintain ETL tools and data migration workflows.
• Write SQL scripts for data integration and facilitate data movement from lakes to memory via APIs.
• Participate in technical brainstorming and code-level problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python design and development.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Extensive experience with SQL and database storage.
• Proven track record of building application frameworks.
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure and tools.
• Ability to implement unit and integration testing.
• Expertise in data migration and integration patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building supporting APIs for data loading and facilitation.
