Description

You will lead backend development and microservices architecture using Python and Flask.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Python and Flask.
• Write and maintain extensive unit tests to ensure code quality and stability.
• Manage containerized applications and deployment workflows.
• Build and deploy serverless functions and cloud-native services within AWS.
• Manage release pipelines and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Python development.
• 10+ years of experience in Flask development.
• 10+ years of experience in unit testing.
• 8+ years of experience building APIs and microservices.
• 6+ years of experience using GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, CloudFront, S3, and EKS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Octopus Deploy.
• Experience with TeamCity.
