Description

You will build and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on Python, Django, and data processing workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Python and Django.
• Manage data workflows and integrations using PySpark and Snowflake.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure within AWS environments, including S3.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins and PyUnit.
• Build and maintain front-end components using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Python coding in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with Django and Git.
• Experience deploying and managing resources on AWS (specifically AWS S3).
• Hands-on experience with PySpark, NumPy, and matplotlib.
• Proficiency with Snowflake for data warehousing and Unix environments.
• Knowledge of SOAPUI for API testing and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Competency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax.
• Background working within the financial services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PyUnit for writing and managing automated tests.
