Description

You will build scalable, production-grade AI systems and backend services for enterprise applications. This role combines full-stack development with advanced GenAI architectures, focusing on agentic workflows and high-performance APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build MCP-based Agentic AI chatbots, managing intent classification, agent state, and conversational flows.
• Develop scalable REST APIs using FastAPI to integrate with LLM providers like OpenAI, Claude, and Azure OpenAI.
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas and aggregation pipelines for structured and unstructured AI data.
• Productionize GenAI use cases including chatbots, summarization, classification, and embedding search alongside AI engineers.
• Own end-to-end features from UX design through backend logic, API integration, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with Python 3.x.
• Strong hands-on expertise with FastAPI (or Flask/Django).
• Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proven track record with Multi-Agent AI systems and MCP-based architectures.
• Solid experience with MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation pipelines.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral, Azure).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
• Proficiency with Git and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of UI/Angular and GenAI-driven interfaces (chat interfaces, QCA).
