Description

Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical applications built on Python Django, Vue.js, Kafka, and PostgreSQL.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Monitor application performance, logs, and message flows across Kafka topics and backend services.
• Support deployments and operational activities on OpenShift.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
• Handle data-related activities involving PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
• Experience with Vue.js for frontend support.
• Deep understanding of Kafka for message flow monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Camel or Kamel.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and database operations.
• Experience with OpenShift for container-based deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FileNet.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database.
