Description

You will lead the development and delivery of complex software applications, managing both onsite and offshore teams while coordinating directly with clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex software application development and support projects from design through release.
• Coordinate delivery efforts with client stakeholders and onsite team members.
• Oversee and manage offshore resources to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Implement Gen AI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• Expertise in Python, Java, and ETL processes.
• Strong experience with RabbitMQ and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Teradata.
• Practical knowledge of Gen AI frameworks, specifically LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
