Description

You will lead the design and implementation of backend services and AI solutions on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services, APIs, and automation tools using Python on Azure.
• Lead technical planning, solution design, and code quality practices, including reviews and testing.
• Manage multiple AI-aligned software projects, ensuring scope and timeline adherence.
• Mentor developers and guide technical decision-making across the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and run Agile/Scrum processes, tracking delivery via Azure Board.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on Python engineering experience.
• Solid experience with Azure Cloud services and cloud-native development.
• Expertise in Python, APIs, Azure Platform, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to lead developers and deliver complex projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GenAI tools, such as Azure OpenAI or LLM integrations.
• Azure or Agile certifications.
