You will build web hosting and infrastructure provisioning platforms within an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web hosting and infrastructure provisioning platforms within Agile squads.
• Collaborate with application owners and squads across different divisions to deliver technical solutions.
• Implement solutions for diverse user requirements by exploring cloud-based application platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug production systems and code.
• Advise the application community on best practices for designing cloud-native web applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and Java.
• Expertise in shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes (K8S) in private and public cloud environments.
• Deep understanding of HTTPS/HTTP and REST APIs.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNS/DHCP, Load balancing, and Authentication/Authorization.
• Experience developing and deploying applications using Apache and Tomcat containers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and deploying distributed, multi-tenant systems on public and on-prem cloud.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and OAuth/OIDC.
