Description

You will lead quality assurance activities across multiple projects, focusing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own QA test strategy, planning, and quality gates for all releases.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and execution with business stakeholders.
• Design and implement QA processes and mentor junior QA team members.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle for SFRA enhancements, promotions, and site updates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of QA experience.
• 3+ years of specific experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Hands-on testing of SFCC B2C Commerce (SFRA storefronts).
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, qTest, BrowserStack, and Postman.
• Expertise in functional, integration, and regression testing across e-commerce flows.
• Familiarity with OMS order flows and payment gateway integrations.
• Ability to validate Business Manager configurations (catalog rules, promotions).
