Description

You will lead quality assurance activities for Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA test strategy, planning, and quality gates for releases.
• Lead unit, UI/UX, defect, system, and integration testing efforts.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and execution.
• Design and implement QA processes while mentoring junior team members.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle for SFRA enhancements and site updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Expertise in functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and API testing.
• Proficiency with Jira for defect and story management.
• Experience validating Business Manager configurations (catalog rules, promotions, inventory).
• Ability to perform API testing using Postman.
• Familiarity with BrowserStack for cross-browser testing.
• Experience with Log Center or similar log monitoring tools for debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience testing SFRA storefront journeys, OMS flows, and payment gateways.
