Description

You lead test planning, design, and hands-on validation across multiple projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed manual test cases covering system requirements and business use cases.
• Review business and system requirements to proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Perform requirements-based, workflow-based, and data-driven testing across web, data, and service layers.
• Conduct API testing using Postman and SOAPUI to validate REST and SOAP services.
• Own the defect lifecycle from discovery through resolution, driving quality outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and QA, focusing on manual test design and UAT.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman and SOAPUI.
• Proficiency in SQL for ETL/data validation and test verification.
• Demonstrated ability to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of IV&V practices, including requirement traceability and solution validation.
• Experience managing defect triage and resolution within Agile environments.
• Familiarity with data-centric systems and end-to-end testing beyond the UI.
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, ALM, ServiceNow, and SQL editors.
