Description

You will lead quality assurance for safety and security technology initiatives in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute formal test plans for critical safety and compliance applications, documenting results.
• Align business, functional, and technical requirements with test cases and supporting documentation.
• Review deliverables and create compliance checklists to support audit readiness.
• Coordinate QA testing efforts with external development teams and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings following defect investigations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Direct experience with the Enablon safety software platform.
• Proficiency in Manual QA Testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience managing QA cycles for compliance-heavy enterprise systems.
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and defect investigation.
