Lead automation strategy and technical execution for complex software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, select, and implement scalable test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Lead QA teams as a hands-on technical leader to build and manage professional testing units.
• Execute full-lifecycle testing within Agile development processes across mixed technology environments.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Manage continuous integration pipelines and performance testing workflows.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software industry experience with 10-15 years in test automation.
• 5+ years of experience at a senior leadership level in QA.
• Proficiency in Core Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java/C#), Playwright, and Cypress.
• Expertise in API testing using Postman and RestAssured or RestSharp.
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.
• Experience with desktop automation tools such as AutoIt, TestComplete, or SikuliX.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent business degree.
