Description

You will own the test automation strategy and architecture for back-end systems, ensuring product quality and performance through scalable testing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing architectures and methodologies from scratch.
• Establish test infrastructure within CI/CD pipelines and resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop comprehensive test plans validating performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Review technical design documents to provide feedback on requirements and specifications.
• Mentor QA engineers and developers on automation best practices and progress evaluation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or related roles.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java or Python.
• Proven experience creating modern test automation architecture for back-end systems.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or WebdriverIO.
• Expertise in load and performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or JMeter.
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
