Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts by designing test strategies and implementing automation to ensure product reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies based on functional and technical requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Identify, report, and track software defects using JIRA and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning to ensure testability.
• Evaluate and improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools to increase efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance focusing on manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in automated testing using Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages including Java and Python.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and aligning QA processes with business objectives.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices.
