Description

You will own the test automation strategy and framework architecture for microservices-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, modular test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Build and maintain automated scripts for functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to trigger tests during builds and deployments.
• Automate testing across multiple browsers, platforms, and environments to ensure cross-platform consistency.
• Debug issues within microservices deployed on Kubernetes and collaborate with performance teams on high-load scenarios.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total QA experience, including 1–2 years manual testing and 2–4 years automation.
• Expertise in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cucumber.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience scripting with Python or Shell.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub for CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Ability to create test cases, testbeds, and repeatable test data sets.
