Description

Lead functional and automated testing efforts for banking applications within Agile teams in Cleveland.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing across all test phases.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and traceability matrices.
• Manage test execution using JIRA/Xray and document processes in Confluence.
• Prepare and publish QAS status reports and test metrics for clients.
• Participate in defect triage and test requirement calls.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in QA automation and test management.
• Proficiency in Playwright and Selenium for test automation.
• Strong experience with JIRA/Xray for test management.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence for documentation.
• Proven ability to prepare test strategies and test plans.
• Experience working with Banking systems or applications.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Deep experience in Agile working environments.
• Previous work in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
