Description

You will own the automation strategy and execution for Android applications, ensuring software quality through rigorous testing and efficient debugging.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute test cases to validate Android platform functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Appium, Selenium, and Webdriver.io.
• Utilize debugging tools like Android Studio, Charles Proxy, and ADB logcat to identify and resolve issues.
• Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Document findings and communicate effectively within Agile teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and testing.
• Proficiency in Java development and test automation frameworks (Appium, Selenium, Webdriver.io).
• Hands-on experience testing Android platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including Git, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Spring Boot is advantageous.
