Description

Lead testing efforts by designing automated frameworks and mentoring junior engineers. Own the release quality and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated testing frameworks and tools using industry-standard technologies.
• Define and implement efficient testing strategies and methodologies for complex systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review and provide feedback on test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software test engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of experience including mentorship.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Experience testing APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience in leadership and mentoring.
