Description

You will lead the development of testing strategies and automated test suites within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases.
• Build clean, maintainable automated tests programmatically and integrate them into continuous integration pipelines.
• Identify and implement automated tools to ensure repeatable and thorough testing.
• Report detailed bugs, participate in technical discussions, and drive them to resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA and automation.
• Hands-on development of automated tests using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of web technologies including HTTP/S, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, XML, and JSON.
• Proficiency with REST, databases, SQL, and scripting.
• Experience working in Agile development and prototyping environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HP Quick Test Pro (QTP).
• Background in performance and security testing.
