Description

You will own the automation strategy and execution for web and API platforms, ensuring high-quality releases through rigorous testing and accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and Page Object Model patterns.
• Develop and execute comprehensive API test suites using RestAssured, Karate, or Postman for RESTful services.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins or Azure DevOps, managing builds with Maven or Gradle.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and resolve complex technical issues across the SDLC.
• Validate web applications against accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508) using tools like AXE and screen readers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python for scripting and framework development.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and unit testing frameworks (TestNG or JUnit).
• Expertise in API testing using JSON/XML, RestAssured, Karate, or Swagger.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL.
• Experience with version control (Git) and defect management tools (JIRA, Rally, ALM).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and STLC processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tibco integration testing.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (ADA, CVAA, EAA).
• Proficiency in cross-browser and cross-platform testing (Windows, iOS, Android).
