Description

Senior QA professional overseeing quality strategy and automation for a cloud customer experience platform.

Responsibilities

• Review software and test case designs to identify and mitigate potential quality concerns.
• Define QA activities, ownership, and testing needs by analyzing team tasks.
• Plan, define, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure high coverage.
• Write and maintain E2E automated tests and build suites for regression and new features.
• Monitor test and production environments while automating data generation and database validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA or Automation roles.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JS, or other object-oriented languages.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
• Practical experience with a public cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies and Agile development processes.
• Knowledge of testing types: Functional, Usability, Load, Stress, Negative, E2E, Smoke, Integration, Data Validation, Performance, and Regression.
• Strong requirements and business analysis skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the SDLC of SaaS products.
• Experience using Gatling for performance testing.
