Description

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and core utilities to ensure software quality across the release pipeline.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Appium for UI and mobile testing.
• Design core automation frameworks, reusable modules, and common utilities in Java.
• Collaborate with developers to create comprehensive test plans based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute automation across development, staging, and production environments with reliable reporting.
• Support CI/CD adoption and review test code for quality and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years of experience in automation testing and SDET roles.
• Strong programming skills in Java for building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
• Proficiency in test frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG, including annotations and data-driven testing.
• API automation experience using REST Assured for validation and structured reporting.
• Experience with BDD and Cucumber.
• Understanding of UI automation patterns like Page Object Model and wait strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Selenium Grid setup.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with ETL testing, database reporting, and stored procedures.
