Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and programming languages such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Perform performance testing using JMeter to evaluate application performance, scalability and reliability.
• Develop, enhance and maintain automation frameworks to improve test coverage and testing efficiency.
• Define and implement test strategies to ensure software quality across applications and releases.
• Execute functional automation and performance testing activities to identify defects and validate application behavior.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers and cross-functional technical teams to resolve defects and improve software quality.
• Mentor QA team members and provide technical guidance on automation practices, testing methodologies and framework development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of professional software quality assurance (QA) experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on test automation experience.
• Strong expertise in Selenium and JMeter.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of performance testing, test strategy development and software quality assurance practices.
• Ability to mentor QA team members and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
