Description

You will lead a QA team while executing both manual and automated testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team and facilitate status meetings or ad hoc working sessions.
• Perform hybrid testing by executing both manual and automated test suites.
• Collaborate with developers, business partners, and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Coordinate end-to-end validation across backend systems and third-party vendors.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and implement QA processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automation testing.
• Strong experience with API testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to perform manual testing and hybrid testing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Knowledge of implementing QA processes and methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail or online store environments.
• Proven ability in test planning and test case execution.
