We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Lead / Technical Test Lead with strong expertise in UI and API automation testing. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience designing and implementing automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Java, and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Agile methodologies.

The candidate will play a key role in leading automation efforts, improving testing efficiency, maintaining automation frameworks, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across enterprise applications.

<.>Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute robust UI and API automation test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
• Automate manual test cases through client-recommended tools and frameworks.
• Create and maintain scalable automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Perform API automation testing and validate integrations across systems.
• Set up test data and manage automated test execution processes.
• Schedule and manage test executions through CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows.
• Monitor and maintain automation suites, troubleshoot failures, and close automation gaps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including:
  • Sprint planning
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Sprint reviews
  • Retrospectives
• Provide regular status updates on automation progress and testing activities.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation strategy initiatives.

<.>Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
  • Selenium
  • Playwright
  • Java
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience in API automation testing.
• Strong understanding of:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Git/GitHub
  • Agile methodologies
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in Fraud & Claims domain
• Experience with ACH (Automated Clearing House) and Debit Card systems
