Description

You will build and own the automation strategy for testing across web, API, and database layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and Java.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, API, and database validation.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to analyze requirements and improve test coverage.
• Troubleshoot, debug automation scripts, and verify fixes in collaboration with engineering.
• Ensure test automation solutions are scalable and integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing with extensive framework development.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG.
• Hands-on experience scripting and developing with Java 8+.
• Experience with build tools like Maven and dependency management.
• Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Proven ability to automate tests for APIs, web interfaces, and database interactions.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum testing practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
