Description

You will act as the QA Delivery Owner for the Policy Area, managing end-to-end quality engineering for planned, out-of-cycle, and production releases.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA release roadmap, including environment management and capacity planning for automation and infrastructure.
• Coordinate release timelines, defect management, and environment updates across Business, Development, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Execute complex end-to-end software testing lifecycle (STLC) tasks, including requirement reviews, technical assessments, and test estimations.
• Drive the automation strategy by influencing scheduling, prioritization, and the technical direction of automation efforts.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to ensure readiness for Unit, Functional, Regression, and E2E testing.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10+ years of Quality Engineering test automation experience.
• Expertise in developing automation scripts using Selenium, TestNG, AutoIT, and Selenium Grid.
• Proficiency with SQL for data verification.
• Experience managing test environments and test data requirements within the SDLC.
• Ability to perform manual testing as required to support project goals.
• Proven experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA delivery.
