Description

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust, scalable, and reusable test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Define test strategies, perform test planning, and drive defect resolution in collaboration with development and product teams.
• Apply AI/ML tools and generative AI to enhance test creation, self-healing automation, and intelligent test prioritization.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and lead automation best practices to improve test stability and coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Solid programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript; Python, Java, or C# is a plus.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, Agile/Scrum processes, and the test lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl) or generative AI for test development.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like k6 or JMeter, and containerization with Docker.
