Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automation testing for web and API applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar tools.
• Perform API testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Test conversational systems such as voice, chat, messaging, and email workflows.
• Analyze logs and traces to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Report defects with clear details and support root-cause analysis.
• Work with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure product quality across different platforms and channels.

Experience Required:

• 4-6 years of experience in QA/SDET roles.
• Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Rest Assured.
• Good knowledge of API testing and CI/CD.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of logs, debugging, and defect analysis.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
