Description

Own the automated testing lifecycle for web and backend applications in an enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Java, ensuring high coverage and reliability.
• Design scalable test harnesses and infrastructure to support efficient automated testing.
• Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines to support frequent, incremental releases.
• Automate end-to-end test scenarios across frontend and backend systems using OOP principles.
• Analyze requirements, create test plans, and investigate defects.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on QA automation experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with web automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Proficiency in BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Experience with Rest Assured for backend API testing.
• Solid understanding of software testing concepts, database concepts, and testing strategies (functional, integration, regression, white-box, black-box).
• Proven experience working within Agile Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Protractor, TypeScript, or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
