Job description: Manual Testing & QA Expertise
8+ years of experience developing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data to validate complex web-based applications, including functional, regression, integration, accessibility, smoke, and non-functional testing.
Strong experience validating non-functional requirements such as performance, failover, security, data integrity, and system response times to ensure application stability and reliability.
5+ years of BI and end-to-end ETL testing, including validating data flows, data transformations, and integrations across internal and external systems.
Hands-on experience testing Drupal-based applications, including manual testing and automation of test scenarios for web platforms.

Test Automation & Technical Skills
3+ years of experience implementing web application test automation using frameworks such as Selenium with JavaScript or Python, including script development, execution, and debugging.
Proven ability to develop and maintain automation scripts, create end-to-end automated test scenarios, and integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.
Experience validating data integrations and system-to-system data flows, ensuring accuracy across multiple applications and external interfaces.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration
Strong experience working in Agile environments with hands-on use of Azure DevOps for managing test artifacts, defect tracking, and test lifecycle management within the SDLC.
Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, report testing progress, and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
