Description

Execute manual, automation, and exploratory testing to evaluate system results and ensure software quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing programs covering database impacts, software scenarios, regression, negative testing, and usability.
• Create, maintain, and evaluate automation test scripts using dynamic test data.
• Perform bug retests and evaluate user requirements through feasibility studies.
• Travel to client sites across the nation to set up various systems.
• Manage software testing problems within Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.

Required Skills

• Experience with Selenium and Loadrunner.
• Proficiency in automation testing and regression testing.
• Knowledge of black box testing and QC or QTP.
• Experience testing Java and .NET based applications.
• Technical knowledge of J2EE, JSP, and Struts.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, UML, and Rational Rose.
• Experience with Mainframe environments.
• Proficiency using JIRA for issue tracking.
• Ability to work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
