Description

You will lead a testing team to ensure defect-free application releases and manage coordination between onshore and offshore groups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a testing team of at least five members to ensure quality standards.
• Review customer requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans for new features.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and automation scripts.
• Drive automation efforts using Java, Selenium, and BDD Cucumber frameworks.
• Report testing status and interact directly with customers to resolve implementation issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium for automation.
• Experience with BDD Cucumber frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with mobile automation for Android and iOS.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Retail domain knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.

Preferred Skills

• API automation experience using Rest Assured.
• SQL proficiency.
• Exposure to UiPath.
