Description

Lead a team of five to ensure defect-free application releases in the retail domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans.
• Develop and execute manual test cases for new features.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
• Coordinate testing implementation between onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage daily tasks independently and provide regular status reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience in software testing.
• Proven experience leading teams of at least 5 members.
• Strong manual testing expertise.
• Advanced automation skills using Java, Selenium, and BDD Cucumber frameworks.
• Experience with API automation using Rest Assured.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Mobile automation experience covering both Android and iOS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UiPath.
