Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy and execution for product releases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end test strategies in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Program teams during agile sprints.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and drive framework enhancements and testing best practices.
• Participate in release readiness, build validation, and production support activities.
• Lead daily defect triage with cross-functional stakeholders to assess and prioritize issues.
• Own pre-release performance testing and escalate regressions as high-priority risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA Engineering.
• Proficiency with hybrid Selenium frameworks using Java and TestNG.
• Experience integrating automation test suites into GitHub and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to implement data-driven testing and reusable automation utilities.
• Working knowledge of GitHub, Java, TestNG, Jenkins, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with offshore QA teams to track functional test progress.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
