Description

You will lead quality assurance activities and drive test automation across the software lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test strategies including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Develop AI-powered test automation initiatives to prioritize high-impact test cases.
• Integrate AI-enhanced automation into CI/CD pipelines and promote continuous testing.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, and end-users to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.
• Monitor system behavior in test and production environments to proactively identify quality issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience writing Python scripts for API and data testing.
• Proficiency with data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scipy.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle databases.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and QA’s role within it.
• Experience using automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Java).
• Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
