Description

You own the quality assurance strategy for the product, defining risk-based approaches and driving automation frameworks across UI, API, and performance testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the QA strategy using a risk-based approach.
• Build and scale automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams.
• Promote quality best practices and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA experience with senior or lead responsibilities.
• Strong experience with automation tools including Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium.
• API testing proficiency using Postman.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git.
• Experience in SaaS or Enterprise environments.
