The Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead and elevate the quality assurance function for our Minerva intelligence platform and client engagements across Wholesale Lending, Retail Lending, Private Equity, Loan Origination, and Loan Management. The immediate hiring focus is on strengthening our automation testing capability, so hands-on experience building and running test automation is essential; alongside this, the candidate should bring well- rounded overall QA experience, and be capable of defining QA strategy and process from the ground up, and acting as a bridge between business requirements, engineering, and stakeholders through strong documentation and presentation skills.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end QA strategy for the Minerva platform and client projects, spanning both manual and automation testing. • Design, build, and implement a test automation framework from scratch, including tool and framework selection suited to the .NET / Web API stack. • Analyse business and technical requirements, and translate them into detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. • Prepare and maintain high-quality QA documentation, including test strategy, test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and defect reports. • Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing across web and API layers. • Validate backend data and business logic through SQL queries against MS SQL Server
