Description

You will lead the end-to-end QA lifecycle, managing testing efforts and release processes for multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Develop QA strategies, test plans, and processes for multiple projects.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines alongside development teams.
• Own release management activities, including planning and execution.
• Define and track quality metrics to ensure compliance and identify improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, specifically in Senior QA or QA Lead roles.
• Proficiency with automation tools: Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Hands-on experience with regression testing, automation testing, and release management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB or similar certification.
