Description

Lead testing efforts for data-driven applications by designing test plans and executing end-to-end validation.

Responsibilities

• Estimate testing scope and size for user stories during refinement.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites to reduce manual effort.
• Identify manual test cases suitable for automation and design end-to-end processes.
• Perform data validation and ensure database integrity using complex SQL queries.
• Track incidents and defects through resolution, performing root cause analysis as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA and testing projects.
• Expertise in SQL, including writing, executing, and debugging complex queries.
• Proficiency with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience in Functional, Integration, System, UAT, and Regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with ALM, Test Manager, Bugzilla, Jira, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and end-to-end system processes.
• Ability to perform UI, performance, acceptance, and ad hoc testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial, banking, healthcare, retail, or high-technology industries.
