Description

You will own the quality assurance process across multiple applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.
• Design and implement manual and automated test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to define acceptance criteria and improve testability.
• Drive continuous integration and testing processes using CI/CD tooling.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and API testing, tracking defects in Jira.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
• 5+ years in a QA leadership role.
• Strong expertise in test automation, API testing, and test strategy design.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
• Proficiency in Java and automated testing practices.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC/STLC methodologies.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and using test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows Azure.
