Description

Lead end-to-end quality assurance efforts across multiple projects and Agile teams, owning automation strategies and release readiness.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices for scalable automated test frameworks.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, system, API, and performance testing activities.
• Drive automation initiatives for applications built in C#/.NET, Python, Java, and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and review requirements to identify risks and test coverage gaps.
• Mentor QA engineers on automation, testing methodologies, and quality standards while leading defect management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams or QA initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
• Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET, Python, or Java.
• Strong experience with API testing and backend validation using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD environments (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong SQL and database testing experience.
• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud) and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or k6.
• ISTQB or related QA certifications.
