Description

You will drive quality assurance for two scrum teams to support feature delivery and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support feature delivery by taking a proactive approach to meeting quality goals.
• Maintain clarity on testing strategies, activities, and potential risks for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate quality control efforts, including team testing activities and developer automation.
• Implement and enforce new quality practices across the engineering teams.
• Identify edge cases and risks during the test design phase.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in QA.
• Strong technical knowledge of WEB technologies.
• Practical experience with Chrome DevTools, Charles, and Postman.
• Ability to read and understand automation tests and basic programming logic.
• Upper-intermediate spoken English.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity and solve problems proactively.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as the sole QA for one or more scrum teams.
