Lead automation engineering teams to deliver testing strategies and ensure successful project implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead an automation engineering team through project delivery and testing strategy implementation.
• Script and execute automation test cases using Tosca, providing business abstraction for UI and API interfaces.
• Manage stakeholder communication via regular status updates and issue troubleshooting.
• Oversee business user acceptance testing and provide estimates for all test activities.
• Mentor team members, establish script standards, and enforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Extensive experience with Tosca, including navigation and steering capabilities.
• Proven track record of developing end-to-end automation frameworks for complete applications.
• Deep understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in test case creation, management, and execution.
• Proficiency in API testing and functional testing.
• Strong skills in system testing and test management.
• Ability to write detailed, accurate test cases, scripts, and results.

Preferred Skills

• Tosca Certified professional with at least 5 core certifications.
• Experience with SQL and data retrieval from relational databases.
