Description

You will own manual and automated testing for ServiceNow out-of-the-box configurations and integrations within the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
• Develop test data, validation rules, and end-to-end test flows.
• Execute manual and automated testing across ServiceNow modules, focusing on IRM/GRC.
• Perform regression testing during ServiceNow upgrades and releases.
• Validate configuration changes, including ACLs, business rules, flows, and update sets.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of QA experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing, with a focus on IRM/GRC.
• Strong automation testing experience, including Selenium.
• Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, risk scoring, assessments, SOX, and compliance workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow tables, ACLs, flows, APIs, update sets, and business rules.
• 3+ years testing ServiceNow UI, Service Portal, and Workspace UX.
• Experience with integration testing and external system validation.
• 2+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-Risk, CIS-GRC, ATF).
• CI/CD experience with GitHub, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Scripting experience with JavaScript or Python.
